Natalie Silverstein is the author of Simple Acts: The Busy Family’s Guide to Giving Back, a volunteer and passionate advocate for family service. Natalie holds a Masters in Public Health from Yale University. After a 15-year career in hospital administration, managed care, and healthcare consulting she now works as a freelance writer and editor with a particular focus on the non-profit sector and community service.

In September 2013, Natalie launched the first local affiliate of Doing Good Together. Doing Good Together is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit with the mission of helping parents raise kids who care and contribute. As the coordinator for the New York area, she curates a free monthly email listing of family-friendly service opportunities that is distributed to thousands of subscribers.

Sheryl Gonzalez Ziegler, Psy.D. holds a Doctorate of Psychology, is an Author, Speaker, National Media Contributor, Non-Profit Board Member, Girl Scouts Leader, Girls on the Run Coach and Advocate for children.

She has been treating children and families for over twenty years with areas of expertise in anxiety, trauma, divorce, stress management and depression.

Dr. Ziegler is the author of the best selling book, Mommy Burnout: how to reclaim your life and raise healthier children in the process, the winner of Best Parenting Book of 2018 as awarded by International Latino Book Awards.
