The techniques in his book are distilled from practices Taigman has been teaching since analyzing the factors that minimized post-traumatic stress disorder among those who had worked during 9/11.
Mike’s expertise includes stress management, resilience, EMS street survival, patient-centered leadership, and effective quality and performance improvement. He teaches Improvement Science as an assistant professor at the University of San Francisco and an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
