Lydia Rueger is a writer and editor for Colorado Parent magazine. After many years of writing children’s books on the side, she has released her first picture book, Victor and the Vroom, about a regular car with a not-so-regular engine, based on her son’s diagnosis of ADHD. Victor learns that yes, his engine was built exactly the way it was supposed to be built, and also yes, there are many things he can do to help make the most of his powerful engine.
